Accessibility

True Ascent is a dark gym app. This page describes how it follows the accessibility settings on your phone. There is no accessibility screen inside the app.

Dark Interface

The app is dark by default. There is no light theme.

Reduce Motion

When your phone asks for reduced motion, catalog demo loops do not autoplay, the Guide plan rail does not auto-advance, and route and sheet motion does not travel.

Increase Contrast

When Increase Contrast or Reduce Transparency is on, glass cards, sheets, and photo scrims become opaque so text stays readable.

Larger Text

On iPhone and Android the app follows the system text size up to about 120 percent. Larger accessibility sizes stay at that cap. The default size looks the same as always.

Written Coaching

Each exercise step has written cues. Catalog demos are silent loops. We do not offer captions or audio descriptions.

VoiceOver and Voice Control

Buttons and tabs use the words you see on screen. Coaching is the written cues on each step.
