Delete Your Account
True Ascent is an app published by Sunset Binary LLC. You can request deletion of your account and the data associated with it on this page. You do not need to reinstall the app, and this website has no account sign-in. Use the subject "Delete my True Ascent account".
How to Request Deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email address on your True Ascent account.
- Use the subject line "Delete my True Ascent account".
- We verify that the message comes from the address on the account. We may reply to that address to confirm.
- After we verify the request, we schedule deletion. The account and the data listed below are deleted 14 days later.
- To cancel before that date, email [email protected] again from the same address and ask us to stop. Signing in to the app does not cancel an email request.
Delete It in the App
If True Ascent is still installed, you can schedule the same deletion yourself. Open Field Profile, choose Schedule Account Deletion, enter your current password, and type DELETE. If your email address is confirmed and we do not yet recognize the device, the app first asks for the six-digit code we email you. The account is deleted 14 days later. Signing in before then cancels a deletion you scheduled in the app.
Data We Delete
Deleting the account deletes the data associated with it. We do not offer a way to delete only some of this data and keep the account.
- Your account: email address, password, name, and the language and time zone saved on the account.
- Your health and training profile: date of birth, biological sex, menopause status, height, body weight, clearance answers, training status, and goal.
- Your fitness plans, including pregnancy status and approximate due date when you provided them, and your workout history (titles, times, and logged sets).
- Reminder choices, trusted devices, and sign-in sessions.
Data We Keep
- We keep your email address for up to 7 days, only to send you an email confirming the deletion.
- We may retain a minimal record if the law requires it (for example, a record that a deletion request was completed).
- Server logs are rotated in the ordinary course of hosting and are not used to rebuild a deleted account.
